Sunday Gala and new TV

Josh and I were planning to buy a TV for a long time.. We went to Courts, Harvey Norman and Challenger in Funan to start canvassing. It was really fun walking around the mall because most of the items are on Sale!
And since we are talking about sale again, individuals like us were expecting to pay lesser that its usual price.

We came across this Sharp TV 32" LED at $399, original price was at $545 not bad though.
I'm so excited!

We had a nice "meryenda" at Qiji (Chinese-Malay restaurant). 

Josh ordered "Mee Rebus". Honestly, there are bunch of Chinese-Malay restaurants who serve this kind of noodle in Singapore but there are only few who has perfect mixture of sweetness and spices. We love their Mee Rebus!

I preferred eating less and healthy. "Popiah" similar with "Lumpiang Ubod". 

I really had a wonderful weekend!

Singapore Sale

There are lots of things to enjoy here in Singapore. Photography and sports are some of the options but if you're a fashionista or a simple chic who loves shopping, Singapore is the place to be!

Singapore sale is starting this June but some of the boutiques already started posting their banners! I really get too excited when I'm talking about sale!!

Let me give you a glimpse of what I have bought this past few weeks.

But who cares?!

I got this tattoo two years back when I was still working in a call center at Ortigas. Jeremy my college barkada was covincing me really hard to have one and I won't deny that I'm kinda excited too! It was Saturday night and we went to this Ink shop in Thomas Morato.. I wasn't really sure what design to choose but thanks to the Tattoo Artist for creating a unique tattoo just for me!

I hid it from my parents for 2 years because at that time I don't have the guts to show it to them. They are conservative and practical persons. They are not going to waste any cents for some things that will never benefit them. My relatives also would find it unethical and inappropriate.

Clothing

I was never a Fashion Guru or Kikay in nature. But I enjoy how people got influence by other nations in mixing and matching clothes and accessories.
I also noticed girls wearing "todo" outfit during normal days. But for me Fashion is like having your own style in colors and being unique is what makes you stand out.

I bought this colorful palda in a night market China Town, Singapore for only $15. I was very happy and I even got the black color too.

I'm impressed that people can take pictures like these using their IPhones. Pictures were displayed in Ion Orchard located at Basement Gallery Hall.

May you rest in peace my Antie Coring

2 months ago my Antie Coring was admitted to the hospital due to her hurting feet. It was the time after they went to Bohol for a vacation trip. According to her daughter (ate Rhoda), they visited this one place in Bohol where in they needed to climb 200+ steps to reach the top.

Diagnosis result brought us more pain as we found out that she has Bone Cancer. We are shocked that a person who is kind and considerate would be in her darkest hour in an unexpected time of her life, she was only 67.

My family back in the Philippines visits her at least once a week to check any development and changes. There was a time that they would see her open her eyes and a after few minutes it will close again.

One morning I woke up very early and the first thing I always do is to check my Facebook page. My niece Kathleen (her first grandchild) tagged a photo of Antie Coring sending a message that she passed away. Her daughter said that antie fought for her life but her body cannot comply anymore as she was fully dosed already.

I'm hoping that Antie Coring would hear me talking to her in my dreams to tell how much I love her and missed her.
